Saturday Evening Playlist Volume 1

More of my favorites along with some I just discovered.  Warning this is an eclectic mix.  I hope you find something you enjoy.
Let’s start slow and classy, and get a little crazier later on.
My thanks to Burt French for  several  of these.
First is this from Etta Jones, Till There Was You.
Next up is Albert King with The Very Thought of You.  Smooth.
Chet Atkins does the ballad Vincent
Art Tatum plays Sweet Lorraine
George Barnes with Why Was I Born?
Jimmy Bruno plays That’s All
Charles Mingus and Devil Woman, it is a great tune.
Bela Fleck and The Flecktones play Next.
Perhaps one of the most overplayed songs of all time, I am still not tired of Janis Joplin and Summertime
And now the last three are a little more fun (it is Saturday)  First, Flatt & Scruggs fight over Pearl.
Albert Collins swears he just had a little nip.
And finally, Toby Kieth and Scott Emerik apparently spent time on Willie’s bus.
Please let me know what you think, which you liked and which ones not so much.  Hope you enjoyed.
