Background Checks and EEOC

The EEOC, because it has nothing better to do, has recently filed lawsuits against Dollar General and BMW.  You see, these companies committed the horrible crime of doing criminal background checks on job applicants. 

You would not want to shop at a place that checked their workers criminal backgrounds before hirting them, would you?

When I say "Stop Spending!", I refer partly to paying US government attorneys to bring lawsuits like this.  This costs each of us money, in addition to being ridiculous.
