Affordable Care Act

OK, as many of you have pointed out, Obamacare is the law of the land.  I get it, and it certainly is.  Despite repeated votes by the House of Representatives, it is not going to be overturned.  The president would veto any attempt to do so anyway.

On the other hand, Obamacare is the law of the land, like it or not, and it appears more not than like.  We are going to see how this thing works out.  I do not think it is going to work out well, but that is just one man's opinion.  We are no longer debating the subject, we are watching it play out now that it is the law of the land.

Actually, we are seeing it get delayed because it is not working out so well.  First, to be fair, here is the memo from The Treasury Department, which would be decidedly pro-Obamacare.

The administration has delayed implementation of key parts becasue they are not ready.  From NewsMax

Senator Pat Roberts comments on the Obamacare "trainwreck".

It appears we are losing faith in The Affordable Care Act.  It appears the implementation is running into problems.  It appears the administration delayed implementation partly to avoid criticism during the 2014 elections.  But this is the law of the land, even though it was voted through by only one party without a single Republican vote.

The sad thing is that this is going to hurt those who can least afford it.  And the scariest part is that it will be enforced by the IRS, which has purchased a huge number of AR-15's and ammunition and is training with those firearms to enforce implementation of this "health care act".
